It’s time to use the Ekin chickpeas that you have boiled in advance because we are preparing this unique recipe that your guests will love during the Feast.

Heat the olive oil in a pot. Add the meat and sauté it until it releases and evaporates its water. Add the shallot. Sauté them until they change color. First add the butter, then the tomato paste and spices. Finally, add the pre-boiled Ekin chickpeas and the meat broth. Cover and cook it for another 15 minutes.
