Your collected personal data may be disclosed to legally authorised public bodies and legally authorised private individuals in accordance with the rules on the disclosure of personal data set out in Article 8 of the Law, within the framework of the conditions governing data processing set out in Article 5 of the Law, in the course of achieving the above-mentioned purposes.

Your personal data is collected by our company for the purpose of evaluating and processing your opinions, enquiries, complaints, and suggestions by our company through the call centre, company website, e-mail in an electronic environment; shipment/mail in a physical environment on the basis of the lawful ground for the legitimate interest of our company under the conditions governing the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 5 of the Law.

Rights of the Relevant Person listed in Article 11 of the Law:

  • To find out whether your personal data are being processed,
  • To obtain information as to whether your personal data have been processed,
  • To know the purposes for which your personal data are processed and whether they are used for such purposes,
  • To identify the third parties to whom your personal data may be disclosed, both nationally and internationally,
  • To request the rectification of your personal data in the event of incomplete or inaccurate processing and to request the notification of the transaction carried out in this context to third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed,
  • Even if they have been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant provisions, to request the erasure or destruction of the personal data if the reasons for their processing cease to exist and to request the communication of the processing carried out in this framework to third parties to whom your personal data have been communicated,
  • To object if the analysis of the data processed, carried out exclusively by automated systems, shows a result that is to your detriment,
  • To claim indemnification in the event of damage caused to you as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Depending on the merits of your request, your requests will be processed as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, free of charge; however, should the process incur additional costs, you may be charged a fee in accordance with the tariff to be set by the Committee for the Protection of Personal Data.
